The Pujols Family Foundation was honored to receive 100% of the proceeds from the raffle ticket sales and the live auction items at this event.
Very special thanks goes out to Mr. Tom Sweeney and the DeJarnette family for organizing this wonderful tribute to Madison. We also salute all of the players and businesses who gave such wonderful gifts and raffle items to make this event such a success.

The DeJarnette family and the Gateway Grizzlies hosted a fun, family oriented fund raising event on June 8th, 2006, to celebrate the life of Madison DeJarnette. Madison, from Dupo, Illinois, who passed away due to complications from Down Syndrome at the age of eighteen months in 2005.
