This video showcases the tenth & final defining moment in the past 10 years of the Pujols Family Foundation. The moment we launched the 21 Collaborative Art project we knew we had an amazing opportunity for both people with Down syndrome & professional artists. These great artists are pared with individuals with Down syndrome to create a unique collaborative piece of art. This program was so successful that we are in the process of implementing it in all of our cities as well as a national 21 Collaborative Art Project tour.
