SUMMARY:Autumn Prom - St. Louis
DESCRIPTION:We invite all people with Down syndrome\, ages 16 and older\, to join us at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch on Friday\, October 28th for our annual Autumn Prom. Each person with Down syndrome is allowed one guest (guest may be a parent\, date\, family member or friend\, 16 or older). Space is limited and food and beverages will be provided. \nPlease RSVP before Oct. 24\, 2016 by calling Jen at 314-878-2105. Valet parking will be provided along the 4th Street entrance and self-parking is also available just North of the Hyatt. To sign up for a hair appointment please contact the salon directly & state that you are with the Pujols Family Foundation Prom.
