Todd Perry grew up in a small rural community just outside Nashville, Tennessee. He went on to attend Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, graduating in 1985 with a degree that would launch a diverse and creative professional journey.

Over the years, Todd has held a variety of roles in marketing, design, and product development, working with notable companies such as Brunswick, Murray Ohio Manufacturing, Roadmaster Corporation, and even Mercury Records in London. One of his proudest accomplishments came while leading the design and development team at Roadmaster Corporation during its recognition by Fortune Magazine as one of the 100 fastest-growing companies.

Before co-founding the Pujols Family Foundation in 2005, Todd served as Vice President of Market Development at Cardinal Brands in St. Louis. His transition to the non-profit sector was a natural one—driven by passion and a heart for service. A long-time volunteer, Todd had previously contributed his time to organizations like The Bridge Teen Center and served on the planning committee for Christian Family Day in partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals.

As the Foundation’s Executive Director, Todd combines his creative talents and strategic thinking to bring Albert Pujols’ vision of “Faith, Family, and Others” to life. His background in marketing, product development,  fine arts, design, and media production plays a key role in the Foundation’s outreach and storytelling.

Reflecting on his role, Todd shares, “My job is to serve as a conduit—to help channel Albert’s compassion and vision into action. One person at a time, one family at a time, we’re making a meaningful difference.”

When asked about the origin of the Foundation, Todd puts it simply: “God had a plan, and we were obedient to it.”

Todd lives with his wife in St. Louis County, where he continues to lead with purpose, faith, and heart.
