On Saturday October 23rd, the Pujols Family Foundation in partnership with the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee will host it’s annual Autumn Prom at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville to provide a glamorous evening of dancing to celebrate our friends with Down syndrome.
