Albert Pujols Nominated For 2012 Teen Choice Award – ‘Choice Male Athlete’

May 16, 2012 – Fox2 News, St. Louis, MO – The Pujols Family Foundation is thrilled to announce that for the second consecutive year, the Foundation’s Chairman, Albert Pujols, is nominated for a Teen Choice Award in the CHOICE MALE ATHLETE category!
Albert fans from ages 13- 19 can vote for him once a day now through July 21 at www.teenchoiceawards.com.
The Teen Choice Awards celebrate the hottest teen icons in several categories that include television, music and sports. The winners will be announced on Sunday, July 22 in a two – hour special that airs live on Fox where they will receive the coveted “Surfboard” award (See email for photo of the 2012 Surfboards).
The PFF is a national organization that provides unique programs and services to improve the lives of people living with Down syndrome and the impoverished people of the Dominican Republic. Established in 2005 by Albert and Deidre Pujols, the PFF has made positive impacts on thousands of lives by serving others.
The PFF commends Albert on his accomplishments both on and off the field and congratulates him on his 2012 Teen Choice Award nomination for ‘Choice Male Athlete.’
