Batter Up! Cooking Experience; A Participant’s Perspective

I went to Batter Up at Roy’s in Anaheim on October 19, 2013. My group made a salad with Chef Luke. We also learned how to make a blue cheese salad dressing. Chef Luke showed us how to hard boil eggs, peel them and chop them for the salad.
Chef Luke was a good teacher. He made cooking fun. After cooking we sat down for lunch. We ate our salad first. Then we had sliders, french fries and a soda. For dessert we ate cupcakes. I hope I can see the chefs again. I want to eat at Roy’s again.
